Concern Worldwide is a non-governmental, international humanitarian organization dedicated to the reduction of suffering and working towards the ultimate elimination of extreme poverty in the world’s poorest countries.

HR & Administration Manager
Location: Nairobi
Contract Type: Open-Ended
Job Summary:
The incumbent will be responsible for recruitment, selection and placement, performance management, staff development, rewards and benefits administration and management, staff welfare and separation, departmental budgeting, documentation and organizational representation.
S/he will also review HR policies and procedures, in compliance with the Labour Laws, to ensure continuous growth and development and application of resultant procedures for efficient and effective people management.
This is a senior management position and reports to the Country Director.
Job Specification:
A Masters degree in Human Resources/Business Administration or relevant discipline, with specialisation in Human Resources; or
Bachelor’s degree and post-graduate diploma in HR Management and at least 7 years’ experience
At least 5 years’ experience managing a busy HR & Administration department
Previous experience in an international NGO would be an advantage
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and excellent computer skills
Good organisational skills and an ability to multi-task
Confidentiality, integrity and ability to handle sensitive situations
