JKUAT vice chancellor Marbel Imbuga has said that JKUAT is
ready to assemble laptops, if given the contract by the government. Currently,
the university runs a computer assembly on a small scale, a project
that was
under the ministry of Information. Mrs. Imbuga reiterated that JKUAT has the
needed technical expertise, given its strong advantages in the disciplines of
IT and engineering.
