Fleet Manager- 1 Post
Nairobi

Key Responsibilities
    Optimize and Maintain the Regional Fleet (Trucks, Forklifts, FML and Small Company owned
cars)
   Fleet Budget Maintenance & Cost control
    Fleet safety maintenance
    Performance Management

Qualifications
    Degree in Mechanical engineering or related field
    At least 3 years’ experience in a similar position in the FMCG industry
    Experience/Knowledge in motor vehicle maintenance including trouble shooting and procurement of parts.
    Experience in working with third parties such as garages,suppliers,insurance companies,licensing bodies.
    Proficiency in computer software applications

Attributes
    Excellent supervisory and reporting skills
    Negotiation skills
    Good communication skills, both verbal and written
    Team player with excellent interpersonal skills
    Good self-management skills

Fleet Supervisor - 1 Post
Nairobi

Key Responsibilities
    Managing fleet and drivers to ensure efficiency in all Logistical and Mechanical processes.
    Train Semi skilled mechanics to improve maintenance and fleet efficiency.
    Plan and schedule corrective and preventive maintenance activities by utilizing all resources to their maximum capability in order to optimize fleet reliability.
    Handle Fleet requirement in Syspro system such as Requisitions, LPO,parts Issuance,GRN,& Stock take.
    Running system & Fleet Maintenance Reporting.
    Performance Management

Qualifications
    At least a Diploma in Mechanical engineering or related field
    At least 2years’ experience in a similar position in the FMCG industry
