Job Description
Maintenance of Core Data Network
Overall in-charge of the NOC and Server Room
Overall in-charge of On-Site Technical Installation and Trouble-shooting Teams
After Hours Support Online/Onsite Customer Support (when needed)
Public Relations for Corporate Customers more in technicalities
Capacity Planning and Implementation
Research, planning and implementation of upcoming trends/technologies
Provide/Impart Skills and training
Overseeing and Maintenance of Data Centre and any related service/solution
