a Sales Administrator to support business growth and expansion in
various regions:

Position Overview:
The
role is responsible for providing administrative support to the sales
department as well as customer service support to new & existing
clients.
Responsibilities:
Opening & tracking of sales enquiries and job cards
Creating and managing of correspondence to clients through email, quotations, proposals, tenders and presentations
Creating and managing a customer database
Coordinating communication between sales department members and other functions
Filing and reporting
Ensuring excellent customer service standards are maintained to both internal and external clients
Participating in sales promotions
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years experience in a customer service related role
Degree or diploma in sales, marketing or customer service
Ability to confidently interact with client representatives at all levels
Expert communication, multi-tasking and organization skills
Strong relationship building skills
Good report writing skills
Attention to detail
Proficiency in MS Office applications
Ability to work under pressure
