The Authority is seeking result oriented and self driven individuals with high integrity to fill the following vacant position:

Assistant Commissioner - Culture Change Management

Duties and Responsibilities

    Aligning culture of the Authority to the vision by building and integrating culture change strategies.
    Defining culture and behaviors of the Authority and building culture change activities.
    Developing culture change programmes and aligning plans.
    Regularly assessing culture alignment to the visions.
    Gathering feedback and assessing the impact of culture change programme effectiveness and recommending appropriate action.
    Ensuring that the organization design and Human Resources/Performance Management Systems are
aligned to driving new behaviors that gradually shifts the organizations culture in support of the Authority s vision.
    Implementing culture programmes and planning on an on-going basis.
    Any other relevant duties assigned.

Requirements for appointment
Academic and professional qualifications
    Bachelor’s degree in social sciences or related field from a recognized University.
    A Masters degree in Organizational Development or related field will be an added advantage.
    Qualification in project management, change management or related field.
    Undertaken at least one culture change program.
    At least five (5) years of relevant experience, three (3) of which must be in Human Resources in middle level management position in a comparable organization.

    Ability to work with and through others to deliver desired results.
    Strong emotional intelligence skills.
    Ability to communicate courteously and proactively.
    Must have high standards of integrity.
    Team player.
