HR Assistant (Short Term Position)
Reporting to: Human Resource Manager
Based at: HWWK Head Office

Job Summary:
Review and update HWWK’s HR policies and procedures including any required HR related templates

Key Responsibilities
Carry out a review of existing HR Policies and Procedures and identify gaps and capacity weaknesses
compared to best practices.
Based on the review, propose and develop comprehensive HR Policies and Procedures for HWWK.

Academic and Professional Qualifications
    Graduate degree in relevant discipline
    Master’s degree in HRM preferred

Additional Skills
    Demonstrated experience and knowledge of Kenya Labor Laws
    Demonstrated capacity in HR Policy Development and Implementation
Experience:
     At least 10 years relevant experience in Senior Management
    Experience working in a Human Resources Department or on human resource issues inclusive of development of policies and procedures
