Administrative Assistant I
Department Human Resources

Position Objective
To support the total operating in meeting the departmental goals through its most valuable resource –
its people.

General Responsibilities / Duties
Handling all NHIF, NSSF, opening of bank accounts.
Staff induction and ensuring the induction form is filled in by new staffs appropriately.
Liaise with head of departments during training.
Personnel Filing and record keeping.
Performance monitoring for all staff
Issuance of factory worker’s contracts and renewal of probation contracts.
Offering various HR services including advice, counselling, mentoring and coaching.
Overseeing shift change over supervision.

Department Administration

Position Objective

Compiling and preparing sales and production reports (internal and external)
  
General Responsibilities / Duties
Preparation of various statistical reports on Sales and production comprising of:
a) Daily General sales summary inclusive of client details and items purchased
b) Daily Sales summary of both caps and bottles separately
c) Daily Bottles Stock sheet
d) Daily Production report
e) Daily KAPA Stock sheet
f) Daily production planning (Pet & Injection)
g) Daily, monthly and annual Production and Sales categorised reports
h) Daily, monthly and annual Preforms sales summary(Coca Cola group)
i) Monthly Jetlak Returns summary
j) Weekly and monthly Production Exception reports
k) Monthly Electricity consumption analysis report
l) Preform Projections Reports for the Various Preform clients but mainly the Coca
Cola Group
m) Monthly Stock Difference reports
Preparation of client correspondence with regards to product range and pricing
Creating export invoices for BEST PACK and specific credit clients
Undertaking special research projects with regards to PET products, Marketing,
Customer service and CSR
Preparation of Categorized Physical Count sheets for random stock taking exercises
Undertake and execute any other duties as assigned by the MD

Skills & Competencies
The above candidate shall possess:-
1. A Diploma/Degree in Business Administration/Management/ Commerce.
2. K.C.S.E Mean Grade B+ and above and B in English.
3. Experience in Administration with at least 1-2 years in the related field.
4. Skills in I.T are a requirement.
5. The incumbent must have proficient knowledge of office administration and the ability
to maintain a high level of accuracy.
6. She must be a mature lady, result oriented, and keen to details.
7. Should possess excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills.
8. Aged between 27 and above.
