Access Kenya shareholders reject sale of company.


Access Kenya shareholders have rejected a plan to sell the company, arguing that the kshs.14 per share issued is too little. Access Kenya, like many internet service providers, has had a rough time, as mobile
service providers eat into their core business. The foreign investor would have injected additional capital and expertise to position the company well in the region.
