Graduate / Management Trainees

Young, fresh, high grade recording and talented graduates and those with 2-3 years’ work experience in the following disciplines are especially encouraged to apply to join the Company’s’ Management Talent development programme that will see their careers accelerated into first line supervisory and middle management positions over a twelve (12) months training period:-
Civil Engineering;

Commerce and business administration;
