Chief Trainer

Job purpose:

Management, development and delivery of capacity building programs for professionals

Core Functions
    Development of training concepts and programs
    Development of proposals under the customized training function
    Managing and participating in delivery of consultancies and training programs
    Support marketing of in-house training programs    Contribute to the development of the KISM Certification Program
    Perform tasks related to above core functions as required
    Oversee and support marketing, and delivery of in-house certification programs

Qualifications, Experience and Competencies
    Minimum of a Bachelors Degree in education or business related field
    Diploma in purchasing and supply management;
    A registered member of the Kenya Institute of Supplies Management
    Minimum 3 years experience in training;
    Experience in design of skills training programs
    Ability to work with and manage teams
    Good interpersonal and communication skills
