Market Intelligence Analyst

Reporting to the Business Analysis& Control Manager, the job holder will be responsible for collecting, collating and presenting competitor data for use by management.
Key Results areas:
Conduct market intelligence to enable benchmarking of company competition and market share;
Advice on pricing;
Establish a process of responding to competitor trends/indicators and behaviours;
Prepare and execute consumer surveys and reports to identify consumer needs and perceptions;
Conduct market surveys and research to achieve seamless products/service for the benefit of customers; and
Prepare and execute ad hoc surveys to provide information for effective decision making.
Skill Sets, Education and experience requirements:
University graduate in Marketing or equivalent;
3 years related working experience;
Sound knowledge and experience in research methodologies and tools;
Computer literate;
Statistical knowledge and analytical abilities; and
Good writing, communication and presentation skills.
