Kenyatta University Secretary Jobs in Kenya.

Kenyatta University Job Openings.
The University has created five (5) colleges to enhance efficiency in service delivery.

The Colleges include the following:
    College of Education and Life Long Learning
    College of Arts and Social Sciences
    College of Sciences and Engineering
    College of Business and Economics

    College of Health Sciences

The university wishes to fill the following posts in the office of the Principals of the said Colleges 

Secretary Grade A/B
Applicants must be holders of KCE division III/KCSE mean grade C (plain) and above.

They must also have a credit/Grade C (plain) and above in English.

In addition, applicants must have the following:
    Type writing speed of 50wpm
    Shorthand speed of 100wpm
    Office practice II
    Office management
    Business English III
    Computer literate
    At least three (3) years relevant work experience in a busy organisation preferably an institution of higher learning

Terms of Service:
The terms of service includes a generous medical scheme, house allowance and commuting allowance. Successful candidates will be offered two (2) year renewable performance based contract.

Gratuity will be paid at the successful completion of the contract.

Copies of certificates and testimonials should also be enclosed giving the names and addresses of three (3) referees who are conversant with the applicant’s competence in area of specialization.
