Stima Sacco is seeking to recruit dynamic, innovative, energetic, self motivated and experienced persons to fill the following positions

Administrative Assistant III

Job Summary

Reporting to the Branch Manager, the job holder will be responsible of offering professional service to internal and external customers.
 

Duties and Responsibilities
    Organizing Management and board meeting.
    Handling corporate visitors.
    Managing correspondences at the Branch.
    In charge of the administrative and secretarial roles for the branch.
    Managing branch filling system.
    Ensuring proper housekeeping of branch premises

Key Qualifications:
    KCSE: C or its equivalent
    Bachelor Degree in business related field, Secretarial Studies preferred.
    Diploma in business management in combination with qualifying experience may be accepted in lieu of Bachelor’s Degree.
    2 year’s relevant experience in a busy office.
    They must have experience in public relations and good communication skills both written and oral.
    Report writing skills will be mandatory for the position
