Requirements for the position are as follows:
Open mind and heart.
Minimum 5 years experience in corporate and securities law at a reputable law firm or in-house legal department.
Experience working with startup clients on corporate formations and financing transactions.
Strong academic record.
Entrepreneurial personality.
Demonstrated interest in business as a vehicle for social change.
Fluent in English.
