Nursing Career Opportunities Kenya
The National Council of Churches of Kenya, an umbrella organisation for Protestant Churches and Christian Organisations registered in Kenya, invites applications from interested and suitably qualified candidates, to fill the following positions:

Sector Head, Reproductive  Health
Kakuma Refugee Camp, Turkana County (REF: FORH - KRC)
Reporting to the Camp Coordinator, this position is responsible for identifying needs and gaps of high risk and vulnerable groups at Kakuma Refugee Camp in the areas of HIV and AIDS and Adolescent Sexual Reproductive Health and developing appropriate remedial projects.

The incumbent will also conduct peer leadership training and follow up.
The holder will work in close collaboration with other UN implementing partners on matters pertaining to
these groups in the Camp. This is a non accompanied posting.

Minimum Qualifications:

    Kenya Registered Community Health Nurse with HIV and AIDS or PMTCT or VCT counseling skills
    Bachelor of Science Nursing will be an added advantage
    3 years relevant experience in refugee operations

Other Competencies
    Socio-Economic counseling skills
    Proficiency in computer skills
    Good communication skills
    Local residents are encouraged to apply
