Duties
Develop and implement strategic procurement and logistics plans and procedures.
Implement effective internal controls and ensure proper design and functioning of the system.

Monitor and control procurement processes including organization of RFQ, or RFP.
Analyse requirements and synthesise proposals, tendering processes and contractor evaluation.
Qualifications
A Bachelors degree in a business related field.
Diploma in supplies management/procurement.
Eight (8) years working experience in procurement and stores management with at least four years at a managerial/ senior level.
Be computer literate.
More than 30 years of age.
