The functions of this position are to provide strategic leadership and ensuring accountability, efficiency, and accuracy of the financial management systems.
Key responsibilities and duties:
Guide strategic planning and orientation of the department
Be in charge of the preparation and maintenance of all Corporations and accounting Records.
Continually review and oversee the implementation of the Finance manuals and policy documents to ensure compliance with the Corporation strategy and the present challenges
Ensure that the financial management systems are as per policies and procedures.
Perform any other duties as may be assigned from time to time.
Required Qualifications and Experience:
MBA Degree in Strategic Management
A Bachelors degree in Finance/Commerce/Accounting
Certified Public Accountant (CPA – K) / ACCA.
Age – below 40 years
At least five years experience in Finance Management, two of which must be at Senior Management level
Experience in set ups with multiple sizeable cost centers and stringent cost control procedures.
