Job Title: Key Accounts Executive
Job Role: The role is responsible for liaising with head offices of Nakumatt, Tusky’s, Uchumi and Armed Forces Canteen Organization
• Finding and identifying new and existing markets for the products
• Listing of products, pricing and promotions
• Relations management – link to all levels of contact (MD, Accounts department, stores and buyers)
• Recruitment and supervision of merchandising team
• Competition monitoring
• Supervision and ensuring smooth running of promotional activities in branches.
• Customer complaints resolution
• Execution of in store marketing initiative.
• Attain and exceed targets set out by the company.
• Recruiting and training new sales reps.
• Planning and setting sales budgets and promotions.
• Follow up on order deliveries and payments of the same.
Skills and Qualifications:
• Diploma in Sales and Marketing OR Bachelor’s Degree in Sales and Marketing
• Two (2) to Four (4) Years experience in FMCG industry
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Good negotiation skills
