Computer Services Administrator (3post)
Minimum Qualifications:
• Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology or equivalent professional experience in a related field. Significant experience with helpdesk operations, ticketing system and inventory management.
• Detailed and comprehensive knowledge of computer hardware and software. Ability to communicate technical issues easily to an audience with varying levels of IT knowledge demonstrating a strong customer service orientation.
• Ability to work with confidential and sensitive data or activities.
