We are seeking to recruit a qualified and experienced Business Manager, for all our print products,

We are seeking to recruit a qualified and experienced Business Manager, for all our print products,
He/She will report to the designated Commercial Manager - Advertising.
Key responsibilities and duties:
Planning, coordinating and managing a team of Business Executives expected to deliver on agreed targets;
Coaching, mentoring and motivating the sales team;
Proven performance overtime and demonstrable potential to fit in the role;
Maintaining good client service and relationship management;
Developing and implementing sales strategies and campaigns;
Maintaining and fostering business relationships and
Contributing to the team goals while ensuring the achievement of the organisation’s corporate culture and values.
Knowledge, skills and experience requirements:
Basic University Degree;
Diploma in Sales and Marketing;
At least 3 years’ working experience in a sales and marketing environment;
Leadership and people management skills;
Excellent interpersonal skills and customer service skills
