Finance Manager - (3 Positions)
Overall Purpose
Reporting to the General Manager, the ideal candidate will be responsible for the strategic and efficient management of the finance function.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
Leading the formulation and implementation of finance strategy
Ensuring prudent financial management and development of internal control environment
Overseeing preparation & reviewing of monthly and annual financial reports
Formulating costing and revenue policies and systems to ensure accounting for all costs incurred and revenue collected
Coordinating internal and external audits, preparation of supporting schedules and following up on timely implementation of audit recommendations
Managing cash flow to ensure timely payments as per the credit policy
Managing and motivating a team of Accountants to achieve the departmental and corporate objectives
Key Skills, Knowledge & Attributes:
A minimum of a Bachelors degree in Business, Economics, Accounting or Finance from a recognized institution
A fully qualified Accountant (ACCA/CPA-K)
At least 7 years finance and accounting experience,
Proven experience working with Navision will be an added advantage
Should be open-minded and a change champion
A team player, possessing good communication, analytical, planning and problem solving skills
Mature person with proven integrity
