Sportsview Hotel Kasarani is a three star Hotel located in Nairobi. We are is looking for an aggressive Sales and Marketing Executive who will be responsible for managing, planning, co-ordinating, organizing, implementing Sales and Marketing strategies and will be Reporting to the General Manager.
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Manage the Department
• Track Customer feedback
• Apply innovation and creativity
• Prepare achievable budgets
• Acquire new customers e.g. through cold calling

• Negotiate business with clients
• Solving clients complains on time
• Liaise with other departments for forecast.
Required skills and qualifications:
• A Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing
• Sound knowledge of Sales and Marketing
• Minimum 3-5 years experience in hotels
• Comprehensive understanding of the hotel business
• Excellent written and oral communications skills
• High level of maturity and good leadership skills
• Customer focused and team player
• Ability to network.
