Position Overview:
The role will oversee the receipt, storage, requisitioning and disbursement of supplies and materials
as well as maintaining inventory & stock records.
Responsibilities:
Managing and organizing the store
Creating and managing an inventory system
Ensuring optimum stock levels are observed
Receiving and inspecting all incoming material against purchase orders

The role will oversee the receipt, storage, requisitioning and disbursement of supplies and materials
as well as maintaining inventory & stock records.
Responsibilities:
Managing and organizing the store
Creating and managing an inventory system
Ensuring optimum stock levels are observed
Receiving and inspecting all incoming material against purchase orders
Preparing item lists for auction sales
Documentation i.e. purchase orders, store records, bin cards, requisitions, store tags
Participate in stock-taking
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years experience in storekeeping and inventory management
Degree or diploma in Procurement & Supplies
Knowledge in basic bookkeeping
Attention to detail
Proficiency in MS Office applications
Ability to work under pressure
Expert multi-tasking and organization skills
Good report writing skills
