Operations Manager
Our client is one of the leading most reliable taxi services, with a clean and modern fleet, efficient back-office infrastructure, on-the-road back up services, trained and highly disciplined drivers, for that comfortable and safe drive, pick up and drop off at whichever location within Kenya.
They are looking for an operations manager who shall be responsible for planning and directing the
operations of the company and improving productivity and efficiency.
Job Responsibilities
Organise and coordinate the department’s resources with the aim of achieving the set targets
Manage the company’s fleet with use of the fleet management systemImprove the operational system, processes and policies in support of company mission for optimal business
Ensure good quality service delivery for customers’ satisfaction
Maintain strict operational controls to ensure smooth operation in the workplace
Support marketing activities
Qualification Required
A Bachelor Degree
5 years relevant experience
Experience in logistics and transport know how
Good interpersonal skills
Experience with the relevant software applications
Must be attentive to details
Must be an initiator
A forward thinker
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal, as well as good report writing skills
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Good organization and communication skills
Have good interpersonal skills
