Key Responsibility
· Pre Sales and Technical Engineer on projects, fault resolution, systems and training;
· Product Managers on specific vendor products. Externally, the Technical manager deals with Technical Engineer /Technician

External Relations such as Channel and customer technical personnel;
· Supplier product or channel development Personnel
· Maintaining the Internal IT Infrastructure
Key Attributes

· Result driven
Education Level
· Degree in IT, computer science or Engineering
· CCNA, MCSE and other Vendor Certification an added advantage
· Experienced in Servers, OS, Networks, Database and SQL
· MCPIT
Experience
More than 2 years experience in maintaining and deploying networks and servers in an IT service Company
Must have a good understanding of service business in a high tech environment, from a supplier, integrator, or operator point of view
Salary range is Kshs. 40K -55K
