Your key responsibilities:
To ensure the quality of products manufactured by the plant and stored in the distribution center in compliance with group standards and specifications.
Promote and ensure application of the L’Oréal quality system within the plant, among suppliers and
Manage and developthe Quality team.
Your profile:
You have strong and successful experience in cosmetics or a similar industry as a quality manager.
You have knowledge of manufacturing processes and strong management skills.
Process Expert & Lab Supervisor
Your key responsibilities:
Ensure the application of L’Oréal Quality systems, standards and methods of manufacturing within the manufacturing process.
Exploit & analyze quality and performance operating reports and key performance indicators.
Contribute to mastery and quality control expertise of product.
Coordinate relationships with R&I and lead.
Define feasibility of new launches and coordinate the operations related to a launch in the manufacturing area.
Your profile:
You have strong experience in cosmetics or a production in a similar industry.
You have successful experience in quality management and manufacturing processes.
You are autonomous and have knowledge transfer skills.
