Deputy Commissioner - Change Management

Duties and Responsibilities

    Defining overall change management strategy and planning for maximum user adoption.
    Facilitating stakeholder alignment and engagement.
    Integrating change plan with program plan and working with program manager to ensure continual
alignment.
    Working with the client change team to assess the impact of the program on various teams.
    Reviewing the approach for measuring and tracking change readiness and assessing change impacts.
    Reviewing and providing inputs to communication and training plans.
    Managing other team members and tracking progress.
    Defining change agent networks plan and activities.
    Reviewing and providing inputs into other Business Change deliverables.
    Ensuring that lessons learned are effectively captured and communicated to next wave transitions teams.
    Any other relevant duties assigned.

Requirements for appointment

Academic and professional qualifications
    Bachelor’s degree in social sciences or related field from a recognized University.
    A Masters degree in Organizational Development or related field.
    Certification in change management.
    Must have led one (1) significant transformational project.
    At least eight (8) years relevant experience, five (5) of which must be in senior management in a comparable organization.

    Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal.
    Strong emotional intelligence skills.
    Strong organizational skills.
    Must have high standards of integrity.
    Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal).
    Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
