Our client is looking to recruit a Receptionist who will be reporting to Sales & Administration Manager.

Position Objective
• Manage the reception/ front office and uphold Company image and vision towards
customer satisfaction.

General Responsibilities / Duties
1. Provide office support services in order to ensure efficiency and effectiveness within the Office.
i.e  Receive, direct and relay telephone messages and fax messages; Direct all clients to the appropriate staff member & Pick up and deliver the mail;
Open and date stamp all general correspondence & Maintain the general filing system and file all correspondence;
Assist in the planning and preparation of meetings, conferences and conference telephone calls with the clients;
Maintain an adequate inventory of office supplies & Respond to public inquiries; Provide word-processing and secretarial support
 
2. Perform clerical duties in order to maintain administration i.e  Develop and maintain a current and accurate filing system; Monitor the use of supplies and equipment;
Coordinate the repair and maintenance of office equipment
 
3. Performs receptionist functions. i.e Answer all incoming calls and handle caller’s inquiries whenever possible;  Re-direct calls as appropriate and take adequate messages when required; Greet, assist and direct all the visitors

4. Support the Director and other staff i.e   Assist the Director and other staff as requested;  Provide administrative services to the Managing Director

5. Any other duties as assigned

Skills & Competencies
The above candidate shall possess:-
1. A Diploma/Degree in Business Administration/Management/ Commerce.
2. K.C.S.E Mean Grade C+ and above and B in English.
3. Experience in Administration with at least 1-2 years in the related field.
4. Skills in I.T are a requirement.
5. The incumbent must have proficient knowledge of office administration and the ability to maintain a high level of accuracy.
6. She must be a mature lady, result oriented, and keen to details.
7. Should possess excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills.
8. Aged between 26 and above.
