Airport and Hotel Customer Service Representative
Location: Nairobi
We are looking for a Bilingual Customer Service Representative (German and French/Spanish or any other foreign language).
The position will require you to ensure positive, smooth, efficient and cost effective operation and good relationship with clients/guests
Minimum requirements are:
Demonstrated passion for excellence with respect to treating and caring for customers with high intergrity.
Diploma in Tour Operations/Customer Care.
Strong decision making and problem solving abilities.
Strong detail orientation and excellent communication/listening skills.
Willingness to work within a flexible schedule.
Similar experience in the tourism industry.
Fluency in speaking the foreign languages is a must.
