Field Officer, Regions:
2 Positions - Nyanza (Kisumu) And Western (Kakamega) (Ref:FO – NR, WR; Indicate Preferred
Station)
Reporting to the Regional Coordinator, this position will be involved in the implementation of the Council’s
corporate plan within the Region

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree in Social Sciences
2 years post qualification experience in working with Churches, especially in the area of mobilization and skills development
Other competencies
Community mobilization development skills
Training skills including Report writing skills
Monitoring and Evaluation Skills
Willing to travel frequently to the field
Team player
Strong interpersonal skills
