Technical IT Support Manager
Our client, a leading ICT company urgently seeks to fill the above position.

Key Responsibility
·         Pre Sales and Technical Support Engineer on projects, fault resolution, systems and training;
·         Product Managers on specific vendor products. Externally, the Technical manager deals with External Relations such as  Channel and customer technical personnel;
·         Supplier product or channel development Personnel
·         Maintaining the Internal IT Infrastructure
 
Key Attributes

·         Customer Service Oriented
·         Fast and aggressive
·         Result driven

Education Level

·         Degree in IT, computer science or Engineering
·          CCNA, MCSE and other Vendor Certification an added advantage
·         Highly experienced in Servers, OS, Networks, Database and SQL
·          MCPIT

Experience
·         More than 3 years experience as a Technical Manager in an IT service Company
·         Must have a good understanding of service business in a high tech environment, from a supplier, integrator, or operator point of view
