Main purpose of the job
Managing supply of finished product from manufacturing and ensuring timely availability of the products to meet the sales demands

Among others, key accountabilities will include:-
    Developing and managing annual plans for production volumes in line with sales forecast and factory capacities
    Managing system related data on the production planning module, generating the required reports and

managing month/ period end procedures
    Leading and managing daily and monthly production schedules and ticket
    Tracking of production posting and material variance in production
    Developing, benchmarking and implementing Scheduling policies, processes and procedures
    Managing and monitoring production volume achievements
    Managing plant shut-downs and start-ups
    Carrying out MRP runs on monthly basis
    Developing, training, motivating and evaluating Scheduling staff to achieve highest level of performance

Knowledge, Skills and Experience
    Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering or other relevant Sciences
    At least 4 years in a comparable role
    Strong interpersonal and communication skills
    Excellent knowledge in Productivity planning
    Understanding of Operations planning
    Proven skills in data management
    Strong analytical Skills
